Depending on the country and circumstances, Empower’s support comprises food, accommodations, teacher costs, Bible study books and supplies, as well as a curriculum centred around comprehensive biblical training, presented in a format and manner conducive to the culture of the student.
Pastoral Training
In partnership with national church planting ministries, Empower facilitates biblical training for pastors, church planters, and Christian workers to equip them for effective ministries in their countries.
These training sessions are conducted by national teachers or select international teachers on occasion. Training is conducted in session ranging from three days to two weeks, or in a more formal, longer training program ranging from one to five years. All of these biblical training programs are conducted in physical classroom settings (30−250 students per session) or via the internet, or a combination of both.
